I know a man who had one year to live, turned it to ten.
His family tells me that he's conquered ills, till god knows when.
I know a woman with a one room house, four kids to feed.
No one is starving for attention, love or nurturing.
With two jobs in doubt, they live hand to mouth.
All things work out. All this for love.
It dazzles me!
I know a man who's been with one woman for forty years.
Ask them their secret, when all their friends separate in tears.
Affection runs deep . No secrets to keep.
before they sleep, they tell their love . . .
You dazzle me!
I know two women with One young son and a world to raise.
In conscience existence of other love and family ways.
I am in awe of the one's who beat the odds.
These are the heroes. I believe.
To them it's no surprise; but me, I realize
that love above all. . .
It dazzles me!
