When the pandemic cancelled all live music in March 2020, local singer/songwriter Karl Werne took his regular open mic on-line. Over the course of three years, "Karl's Community" has grown to a Facebook group with over 3000 members. On the 4th Sunday of every month, Big Pink Music will host an in-person unplugged Music Circle/Pot Luck for Karl's Community using the intimate in-the-round setting at the historic Victorian Station in Hampton, VA. This event is open to the public and all are welcome to come play or listen, and share a meal. There is beer and wine available for purchase at the venue. The room is ours for the day.
